2018 – Cabernet Sauvignon – $149

The wine is dark violet with garnet color tones. The 2018 has a beautiful bouquet of black cherry and boysenberry, with touches of tea leaf, lavender, and sage. Mid pallet the fruit is bright and lively, showing flavors of black currant, blackberries with warm spice notes of cinnamon and vanilla bean. Velvety-rich in texture with fine-grained polished tannins and an elegant lengthy finish with concentrated, dense, dark fruit. 

2019 – Cabernet Sauvignon – $139

This wine has cassis and blackberry flavors underscored with alder, tobacco, and licorice notes, while a violet accent fills the background. The polished finish makes this accessible now. This wine will continue to evolve and there is plenty of life ahead.

2020 – Cabernet Sauvignon – $129

The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant yet concentrated wine. It is purple in color with a black currant, sage, and graphite nose. It is full-bodied and has ripe polished tannins with beautiful overall balance, and a great purple berry finish. 

2021 – Cabernet Sauvignon – $119

The bouquet is intense with notes of blackcurrant, cedar, and mint. The palate is full-bodied with layers of blackberry, redcurrant, and rose petal followed by earth tones of graphite, tobacco, licorice, and chocolate. The finish is oriental spices, sandalwood and clove. The “Rutherford Dust” tannins are silky and polished.

2022 – Cabernet Sauvignon – $109

This wine is a deep purple color. The nose has aromas of blackcurrants, cedar, sandalwood and mint. Mid pallet is medium to full body with silky tannins that spread across the palate. The finish is  red berry  fruit with a touch of chocolate.  The wine is tight and will open in a few years.

2023 – Cabernet Sauvignon – $99

This wine is a deep purple color. The nose expresses bright red-berry fruits with red cherry, ripe plum, and cassis. On the palate, darker berry characteristics with cassis, boysenberry and tones of wild lavender and chocolate. The complex long finish includes earthy notes of sage, leather, with subtle hints of tobacco leafs.
